How much is shipping and how long does it take?
We are happy to offer free shipping for all orders within the continental US. We work hard to fulfill orders within 3 business days, with a 3-7 day transit time via UPS Ground. Weather, peak shopping seasons, holidays and Covid-19 may delay shipment.
Please note, we cannot ship to PO Box, FPO or APO addresses. Packages addressed to a PO Box, FPO, or APO address may be delayed, and may require an address correction charge.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the continental US on our website. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, please see our Amazon listing. For all other countries, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more options.
Do you offer Expedited Shipping?
Expedited shipping is not offered via our website at this time. For expedited shipping, please visit our Amazon listing for Prime shipping.
Changes to Order
Shipping address changes must be requested before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed, cancelled, or diverted to a different shipping address.
What is your return policy?
You may return products purchased directly from Sunrise Sensations within 30 days from the shipment date for a full refund or exchange. To start the process, please e-mail us at email@example.com and include in the e-mail: 1) Full name, 2) Address, 3) Order number, and 4) Reason for return. Returned items cannot show any signs of use, wear, tear, marks, scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage. Products must have their original packaging and remote control.
Are returns free?
We do not offer free return shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you return all items via a trackable shipping service such as USPS package tracking, UPS or FedEx. Refunds may be delayed if proof of return cannot be shown.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 10 business days of receiving the item back to our Returns Department.
